Chris is a solutions-based Senior Executive with more than 30 years of success spanning construction, cannabis, process manufacturing, professional services, public accounting, management consulting, field service, agriculture, retail, and food and beverage. Leveraging extensive experience building sales operations and information systems, Chris is a valuable asset for a company requiring advisory related to expansions, stagnant sales, rapid growth, integration strategies, or talent management. His broad areas of expertise include sales, P&L, IT, marketing, talent management, recruiting, and corporate culture. Chris excels at building cross-functional teams that exceed expectations and drive revenue growth.

Throughout his executive career, Chris has held leadership positions with NexTec Group, ReliaQuest, and Tribridge. He has been responsible for revenue growth from $20M to $100M in four years, increased utilization from 60% to 74%, tripled the size of his sales team, launched a cannabis vertical, and implemented a business plan to optimize profitability and efficiency. Additionally, he designs strategic information systems, executes integration strategies, and strengthens corporate culture. He is an expert in the Microsoft Dynamics and the Sage suite of solutions.

An industry visionary, Chris specializes in distressed situations utilizing transformation strategies to initiate growth and build sales opportunities. He is a technical leader creating sales solutions, streamlining business processes, planning information systems, and identifying cost containment areas. In a previous role, Chris directed consulting and sales for a Microsoft and Sage partner. His career began at a Big 4 accounting firm working on the auditing side of the business.

Chris attained his BBA in Accounting from Ohio University. As a seasoned board member, Chris has held positions with Tampa Bay Tech, Hospice Lodge, the Alzheimer’s Foundation, and the Southeastern Brain Tumor Foundation.
