Stacey Dessecker

Advisory Board Member

Stacey Dessecker, the Director of Workforce Development at Inova, leads the workforce development and university programs team.  She is part of the Talent Acquisition Leadership Team at Inova.  Stacey is also the Inclusion Council Member at Inova and Sponsor for the We Who Served Team Member Resource Group. Stacey is a military spouse of a retired veteran (26 years of service) who has led several Family Readiness Groups and sat on various commander steering committees within the military community.  Stacey is on the Board for the Total Military Alliance Committee within Northern Virginia.   Stacey’s accomplishments include a Doctor of Management Degree in Organizational Leadership.  Stacey has also been adjunct faculty at George Mason for the MHA Program for several years now and sits on several advisory boards across Northern Virginia which include, MHA Advisory Board at George Mason, and Health Force 2.0 Advisory Board at NVCC.
