Jonathan Simon

Jon is the regional director of the Virginia, DC, and Maryland sales team, in MetLife’s Group Benefits organization. His team is focused on providing insurance products and benefit solutions to employers with as many as 5,000 employees. In his role, he leads a team of account executives focused on new business and retention strategies aimed at driving top and bottom line growth.

 Jon is a graduate of the University of Richmond. He and his family reside in Fairfax County, Virginia.
