Jim Bowman

Advisory Board Member

Mr. Bowman is a retired executive with more than 40 years of experience as an entrepreneur and thought leader in the technology services arena, including 17 years as president and CEO of SBS Group where he oversaw growth from a small, local partner to a leading international Microsoft solution provider. Most recently, he is a founding partner of Velosio, one of Microsoft’s largest business applications solution providers where he serves as Chairman of the Board.  Jim also serves as a director on several corporate boards and an angel investor in several technology venture funds.  He is an EY Entrepreneur of the Year finalist and a graduate of Rider University, with a BS in Accounting and Marketing.  A New Jersey native, he currently resides in Florida with his wife and has two grown children, Jaime and Tyler.  He enjoys boating and scuba diving as well as summers in New Jersey
