Jennie is a marketing and communications leader with 25 years of experience in messaging strategy, brand development and public relations. She is the president of Roger West Creative & Code, a full-service digital marketing agency, where she oversees client account management, business development and content strategy, as well as cultural, growth and marketing initiatives for the agency.
Prior to joining Roger West, Jennie was the president of HRG, a messaging strategy, brand development and PR services company she founded in 2002. She worked both agency and client side, representing dozens of high-growth organizations, executives and entrepreneurs from non-profits and startups to mid-market and global enterprises. One of Jennie’s clients included a 10-year relationship with Tribridge, where she led the company’s marketing communications, media relations and brand strategy until its acquisition in 2017.
Jennie began her career in the non-profit and higher education sector after graduating from Florida State University with a degree in sociology and communications.
A storyteller and mom with a passion for social justice, giving back and high-energy projects, Jennie was instrumental in the formation of Think Big for Kids in 2016. She has enjoyed every minute of helping Think Big grow from a concept to a thriving organization delivering lasting impact to kids most in need.
