Andrea Evans is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in organizational development and employee experience. As the Director of Employee and Community Strategy for DC Metro Engineering at Microsoft, she leads a team in designing and delivering engaging employee experiences that enhance the company’s culture. Additionally, Andrea creates initiatives that invest in K-12 and university talent pipelines, develops partnerships that support the community, and promotes the Microsoft brand.

With over 25 years of experience and a diverse background in Human Resources, management consulting, and change management leadership, Andrea brings a unique perspective to her role. She earned a bachelor’s degree from the Rochester Institute of Technology and a master’s in organizational development from American University. Andrea’s dedication to improving the employee experience and building strong community partnerships has established her as a respected leader in her field.
