Our Story

Tech executive and entrepreneur Tony DiBenedetto developed the idea for Think Big for Kids in 2016 after years of working with teens throughout the country and observing a general lack of career awareness and preparation for life after high school.

Together with a team of volunteers, he created a programmatic roadmap that empowers kids from 6th to 12th grade and beyond to discover exciting career opportunities and realize their potential. Think Big launched as a pilot program in 2017 with the support of several businesses and organizations in Tampa Bay. Today, Think Big is a national non-profit with partner companies, organizations, and volunteers serving thousands of kids across six regions of the country.
