Layla is the Talent Specialist for K-12 Programming at Fairfax County Economic Development Authority. She is responsible for managing the Greater Washington chapter of Think Big for Kids as well as creating pipelines for middle and high school students to opportunities across all industries. She is serving on the FCPS Business and Community Partnership Advisory Committee and the Northern Virginia Talent + Opportunity Partnership Advisory Board.
