Jennie Treby

Jennie is a marketing and business leader with expertise in brand development and strategic communications. As Chief Marketing Officer, she was instrumental in Think Big’s founding in 2016 and is excited to help build awareness and impact of the organization’s brand on a national level. She also serves as co-producer and host of Think Bigger Voices, a podcast dedicated to breaking the cycle of poverty for kids in America by inspiring education, advocacy and action in our communities.
Prior to joining the Think Big staff, Jennie was President of Roger West Creative & Code from 2020 to 2024, where she oversaw client experience, business development and content strategy, as well as cultural, growth and marketing initiatives for the agency.
Jennie founded HRG in 2002, a messaging strategy, brand development and PR services company. She worked both agency and client side, representing dozens of high-growth organizations, executives and entrepreneurs from non-profits and startups to mid-market and global enterprises. One of Jennie’s clients included a 10-year relationship with Tribridge, where she led the company’s marketing communications, media relations and brand strategy until its acquisition in 2017.
Jennie began her career in the non-profit and higher education sector after graduating from Florida State University with a degree in sociology and communications.
She enjoys spending time with family and friends, traveling, the arts and sports activities with her husband and daughter.
