Third Annual Chips for Charity Event Raises Funds for True North Passion Scholarships

With a “Vintage Vegas Glam” theme, this year’s Chips for Charity event brought together community members for an evening of fun and impact. The fundraiser generated more than $21,000 and provided True North Passion Scholarships to 10 deserving students for the 2025–26 academic year.

Hosted by the True North Society, Think Big’s network of young professionals, the third annual event took place on April 17 at the beautiful Hyde House Public Studio in Tampa. More than 150 supporters attended, enjoying casino-style games, a silent auction, live entertainment, and great food and cocktails, all in support of the True North Passion Scholarship.

Since its inception, the True North Passion Scholarship has raised over $100,000 and supported more than 50 students, helping them pursue their educational and career goals.
