I’m incredibly fortunate to lead an amazing team that makes a difference in people’s lives every day. We are very honored to be partnering with Think Big for Kids to expand their program into Atlanta to continue help others find success and happiness. At Hays, we match companies with people who can transform their business, while providing candidates with their dream job. Working with Think Big to help align kids with opportunities better their future is a natural fit for us. We have been privileged to see firsthand how powerful the impact is on the kids in the Think Big program in Central Florida and we look forward to continuing that in Atlanta.

Atlanta is one of the most vibrant cities in America, home to many of the country’s largest companies and is the South’s economic leader. However, there remains a divide across socio-economic groups that has created unbalanced opportunities. Through this program, we will look to target the next generation of kids, providing them with opportunities and access that they might not otherwise have had.
