Work With Our Kids

Join our mission to break the cycle of poverty by working directly with middle and high school students to provide the guidance they need to identify and pursue a future career.

Ways to Get Involved

Think Big collaborates with companies and organizations in our communities to introduce kids to a variety of careers and provide them with the resources and skills they need to pursue them.

Career Showcases

Bring members of your team to a Think Big location to introduce middle school students to your company and careers. Engage students in a hands-on activity to learn about key aspects of your industry.

  • Introduce students to your industry
  • Provide hands-on experience with different jobs
  • Sessions throughout the school year at different Think Big locations
  • Each session lasts 45-60 minutes

  • Promote teamwork, collaboration and problem solving
  • Teach interviewing, resume-writing and goal-setting skills
  • Volunteer as often as you like
  • As little as one hour commitment

  • Help students select the right courses and programs
  • Develop education and career plans for post-graduation
  • Meet at least once per month
