Stephanie Markese

Stephanie Markese is the Chief Strategy Officer and Co-Founder of NextPath Career Partners, a women & minority owned digital workforce company. She works closely with clients to design modern talent models that align workforce strategy with business outcomes across technology, sales, marketing, and executive functions. Stephanie is known for helping organizations move beyond transactional hiring toward scalable, future-ready workforce solutions. Her focus on market insight, flexible delivery models, and long-term talent strategy enables clients to build high-performing teams prepare for what’s next.

Her passion for helping others and giving back to the community led her to become involved with Think Big for Kids in 2019, as well as additional leadership & board initiatives with Tampa Bay Tech, Tampa Connection, and St. Pete Museum of History. 

Stephanie was born & raised in Tampa Bay and believes there is no better place to live in the world! She is an alumni Tampa Bay Buccaneers cheerleader and a mom to two rascally boys.
