Phil is a Senior Sales Leader at Amazon Web Services,( AWS) where he leads a team of Technology Consultants who engage with Financial Services customers up the East Coast of the United States. His background spans between process improvement/supply chain, telecom, and cloud computing. He has successfully led large enterprise sales teams over the last 10 years of his career, and stresses the importance of leveraging servant leadership and EQ in our lives daily. He is passionate about diversity, equity, and inclusion in tech. Once of a product of the Boys and Girls Club of Tampa Bay as a kid, Phil has always found a way to pay it forward, whether mentoring with Big Brothers Big Sisters or Alpha Phi Alpha’s Men of Tomorrow program. Phil enjoys spending time with family, golfing, boating, and traveling.
