Peter Pilawa is a seasoned global leader, visionary, and strategist with 20+ years of success piloting business transformations and evolving organizations through a holistic approach. As the current Director of Strategic Transformation for Audi of America, Inc., Peter works alongside the executive team to set the vision, strategic direction, and roadmap to enhance customer experiences, drive business development, establish partnerships, and propel organization-wide innovation and growth.
In addition to his current role at Audi of America, Inc., Peter has also served as the Director of Strategic Planning & Analytics, Manager of Business Development, and Assistant to the President. Prior to that, Peter spent six years at DaimlerChrysler as an expert on economic, market research, and data analysis to support corporate development initiatives and achieve competitive market positioning.
With a passion for continued learning and development, Peter has completed multiple graduate programs, earning a Master of Technology Management from Georgetown University, a Master of Business Administration from Wayne State, and a Master of Arts from the University of Wisconsin. Leveraging his robust skill set with extensive education, Peter has gained a reputation as a thought leader and go-to resource for high-level executives, employees, board members, and stakeholders at international corporations and nonprofits.
