Mandi has over 13 years of experience in Talent Acquisition and currently serves as the Director of Global Talent Acquisition & Learning Development at Appspace, a global technology company.
Mandi started her Talent Acquisition career at an agency in Dallas before moving into corporate Talent Acquisition. Over the span of 13 years, Mandi has held many roles of increasing responsibility across Talent Acquisition for large, global companies. As a leader, Mandi has helped many organizations build out their Talent Acquisition departments and helped countless people land their dream job.
Her passion for helping people find the right position and do what they love, led her to Think Big Kids. She believes that every person, regardless of their background, deserves an equal opportunity to love where they work.
When Mandi isn’t hard at work, she enjoys spending time with her husband, Collin and their daughter. They enjoy the outdoors, traveling, and spending time with family and friends.
