Kina Williams Franklin is Vice President, Senior Trust Officer and a Discretionary Committee Member at Arden Trust Company in Atlanta, Georgia. Prior to joining Arden Trust Company, she spent 16 years at Bank of America where she served on the leadership team of the bank’s Black Professional Group and was chair of the Youth Education and development community volunteers. As Vice President and Senior Trust Officer, Franklin leads her client team while providing wealth structuring advice, fiduciary services and operational excellence to Financial Advisors, individuals and families.
Franklin has nearly 17 years of wealth management and fiduciary experience in financial services. Most recently she has served as Vice President and is seen as a leader amongst her peers. She also mentors junior associates and trains new associates. Previously, as Assistant Vice President she managed a large book of accounts while maintaining administrative success. Prior to her role as AVP, she began her career in Hartford, Connecticut with a small trust advisory group.
Committed to community growth and the youth, Franklin was a leader and organizer of community events. She was recognized by the bank as a Brand Ambassador and amongst her peers for commitment to the community and leadership. Franklin earned her undergraduate degree in business administration from Campbell University and her MBA from Liberty University. Franklin also holds a Diversity and Inclusion Yellow belt, Green Belt and Black Belt certification in Lean Six Sigma.
She is committed to family, as she has been married for 9 years and is a mother. Franklin is active in her church and is committed to serving the community.
