Kelly Robucci

Kelly Robucci, Director of the Talent Program at Fairfax County Economic Development Authority, leads the program and delivers solutions that solve the talent management attraction challenge at scale, aimed at retention, retraining, growth, and attraction. A strategic leader with over a decade of experience in education, community partnerships, and workforce development, she is skilled in connecting talent to employers and using data-driven insights to push innovation. Kelly holds a Master of Science in Education Administration from Shenandoah University.
Kelly is a Maryland native and enjoys spending time with her family, her husband Mike and their three kids.
