Jennifer Sparano

Jennifer Sparano has dedicated nearly three decades to public education and student development. She began her career 29 years ago as an English teacher in the Bronx, New York, where she developed a strong passion for supporting students through education and mentorship.

In 1998, Jennifer relocated to Florida and joined Hillsborough County Public Schools. Throughout her career, she has served in a variety of leadership roles, including Assistant Principal beginning in 2006 and high school principal in 2016. She currently serves as the Director of Administration for Hillsborough County Public Schools, where she supports district-wide initiatives and operational leadership.

Jennifer began volunteering with Think Big for Kids in 2023 as a Career Showcase Host, helping connect students with real-world career pathways and opportunities. She is deeply committed to empowering young people and strengthening community partnerships that support student success.
