“Don’t let what you can’t do interfere with what you can do.”

Jen Arvin serves as the Volunteer Program Manager for Think Big for Kids, bringing over a decade of experience in child advocacy, volunteer engagement, and program development. Prior to joining the organization, she worked as a Certified Child Advocacy Manager with the Guardian ad Litem Office, where she oversaw a dedicated team of volunteers and was responsible for the safety and well-being of more than 600 children during her tenure.

Her work has focused on trauma-informed care, strategic policy development, and enhancing volunteer onboarding, training, and family support systems. Jen continues to volunteer with the Guardian ad Litem Office and has served as both a volunteer and Board Member for several Heart Galleries across the Tampa Bay area. She and her husband have also led children’s ministry initiatives within underserved housing communities.
