Irina Khasin is a Shareholder at Greenberg Traurig, LLP, based in Tampa and Atlanta, where she focuses her practice on complex civil litigation, white collar criminal defense, and government investigations. With over 30 jury trials as first chair, Irina is recognized for her compelling advocacy and experience in high-stakes cases in both federal and state courts.
Prior to joining Greenberg Traurig, Irina spent eleven years as a prosecutor, including four years as an Assistant United States Attorney in the Northern District of Georgia and seven years as an Assistant District Attorney for Fulton County. She led Organized Crime and Drug Enforcement Taskforce investigations, prosecuted complex fraud, dangerous drugs, human trafficking, child exploitation, and violent crimes, and worked closely with federal and local law enforcement agencies.
Irina’s recent work includes securing multimillion-dollar trial victories in federal court, representing international corporations in toxic tort and commercial business litigation, and advising clients in criminal investigations and high-profile civil actions. She is fluent in Russian and is committed to civic engagement.
Irina holds a J.D. from Vanderbilt University Law School and a B.A., magna cum laude, from the University of Southern California. She is admitted to practice in Florida and Georgia.Advisory Board Member
