Holly Grogan is President of Appspace, where she shapes the company’s strategy and mission to create workplaces where employees feel informed, connected, and empowered to do their best work. She previously served as Appspace’s Chief Experience Officer, helping define the company’s approach to aligning technology, culture, and communication at scale.

As President, Holly focuses on how Fortune 500 companies and other organizations design workplace experiences that support clarity, collaboration, and performance across distributed teams. Her leadership spans business strategy, customer engagement, and organizational effectiveness, with a consistent emphasis on turning workplace intent into everyday impact.

Holly brings more than 20 years of global executive leadership experience, including senior roles in people strategy, organizational development, and enterprise transformation. That background informs her holistic perspective on the workplace, bridging leadership priorities with the realities employees face day to day.

She is based in Tampa, Florida, and serves on the Board of Directors of Think Big for Kids, a nonprofit organization dedicated to breaking the cycle of poverty by providing middle and high school students with career exposure, mentorship, and job-readiness support.
