Catie Ramos
Advisory Board Member
Catie Ramos has a background in education and has worked in senior living and healthcare at Goodwin Living since 2018. As the Team Member Engagement and Outreach Manager, she focuses on building meaningful connections among team members, interns, and residents to create opportunities for growth, learning, and engagement.
Catie supports the award-winning Goodwin Living internship program, which connects students with paid, hands-on experiences across a variety of departments. The program introduces students to opportunities in non-clinical healthcare roles and helps students build confidence, develop professional skills, and connect with mentors. Catie also supports team members with benefits made possible through the generosity of Goodwin Living Foundation donors.
Catie holds a Master of Health Administration from George Mason University and a bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education and Special Education from Purdue University. She is also a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator.
Outside of her professional role, Catie volunteers at Goodwin House Bailey’s Crossroads, a Goodwin Living community, where she leads activities and teaches fitness classes for residents. She enjoys spending time with her two nephews and niece and often incorporates them into her volunteer work to create intergenerational connections.
Catie’s background in education, healthcare, and workforce development reflects her commitment to helping young people discover their strengths, explore possibilities, and build meaningful connections within their communities.
