Social Media & Communications Coordinator

Genoa is the Social Media and Communications Coordinator and plays a crucial role in enhancing our online presence, strengthening our brand, and effectively engaging with the community to advance the Think Big mission. She is responsible for creating compelling and relevant content across our social media platforms, fostering meaningful online connections, and works collaboratively with the team to headline the Think Big Newsletter.

Genoa holds a degree in Advertising and Public Relations from the University of Tampa, where she also obtained a master’s degree in Professional Communication. Born and raised in the vibrant cities of Queens and Long Island, New York, as well as having a Caribbean background, she brings a unique perspective and a wealth of creativity to our organization. Her passion for pop culture – particularly film, shines through her work, and she even co-hosts her own podcast dedicated to her love of movies. 

She comes to us with prior experience as a Brand Ambassador and a Sales Account Assistant with a local TV station here in the bay, which has undoubtedly honed her skills in strategic content creation and engagement. We are thrilled to have such a talented and enthusiastic individual on board, and we can’t wait to see her dive in full speed ahead, leading our social media efforts with her exceptional expertise and unwavering dedication.
