Our Leadership

Allie Spurrier

Career Showcase Host Committee

Allie has been a mentor with Think Big for Kids since 2020 and has since become a True North founding board member and Career Showcase host at the Salesian Boys & Girls Club. Allie is driven by her passion for helping others and serving the community in which she lives. Having experienced the influence of mentorship in her education and early career, she strongly believes in the mission of Think Big for Kids and the ability to impact the next generation.

A Tampa transplant, Allie was born and raised on the eastern shore of Maryland before moving to Florida and graduating from the University of Tampa with a B.A. in Advertising and Public Relations. She has supported various high-growth global technology and cybersecurity organizations through corporate communications roles where she has managed public and media relations to help grow brand and global reach. She currently serves as Corporate Communications Manager at OPSWAT, a global cybersecurity firm focused on protecting the world’s critical infrastructure.

Through Allie’s interest in creating and nurturing meaningful relationships with others and genuine interest in making a difference in her community, she has become an advocate for Think Big for Kids’ mission and embraces any opportunity that comes her way to help those around her.

Allie enjoys spending her free time outdoors in the Florida sunshine with her family and Australian Shepherd or exploring the many hidden gems and new restaurants in various Tampa Bay neighborhoods.
