Bill is a partner at Tercera, a growth equity investment firm focused on the IT Services market. Prior to Tercera, Bill was a managing director in the Technology Investment Banking Group at Guggenheim Partners where he advised middle-market IT Services companies on M&A, equity and debt transactions. Before Guggenheim, he held various investment banking and M&A advisory roles at William Blair and KPMG. Bill received his MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University and his B.S. in Finance and Accounting from DePaul University.
